I have designed and delivered more than 300 e-learning courses and training sessions, adapting to multiple LMS and video conferencing platforms. On this page I showcase how I built a professional learning community for parent educators and coaches using Mighty Networks.
The Reflective Dialogue Community.
One of my career highlights is transforming a research-based curriculum from a DVD and handbook into a comprehensive e-learning hub with triple the curricular resources, and both on-demand training and community-based coaching that is directly responsive to initial and continuous needs assessment data. While we started small, we’ve seen 500% growth in implementation and secured contracts in the U.S. and internationally, with school districts and universities.
My aim is to bring together parenting educators and coaches from around the world who are noticing that wisdom can’t be told, to experience an unparalleled professional learning community where we practice what we teach, empower each other toward self-directed progress, and access resources that support us in becoming exceptional facilitators of parent learning and development. I chose Mighty Networks as my platform because of its community-first philosophy.
